XTRA LIGHTENING COCKTAIL (Anti-dark spot-Lightening)
XTRA LIGHTENING COCKTAIL

5 vials of 5 ml
Clarifying anti-spot with peptides
XTRA Lightening acts by reducing melanin synthesis, age spots, and freckles.
XTRA Lightening provides a clarifying, brightening, homogenizing, and depigmenting effect on the skin, restoring its vitality, radiance, and transparency.
Use of XTRA Lightening:
- 8 to 12 mesotherapy sessions, one week apart
Arbutin: effectively inhibits tyrosinase activity and, consequently, melanin production. Due to structural similarities with tyrosinase substrates, arbutin acts via a competitive binding mechanism in the enzyme's active sites.
Furthermore, arbutin has the ability to inhibit DHICA polymerase (5,6-dihydroxy-indole-2-carboxylic acid) produced from tyrosine oxidation.
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (licorice) root extract: inhibition of the tyrosinase enzyme, and a slight action reducing melanin precursors and color.
Licorice extract also has anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting superoxide anion synthesis and cyclooxygenase activity.
Anti-aging effect by effectively absorbing UVA and B rays. Anti-radical.
3-O-ethyl Ascorbic Acid: The depigmenting activity of ascorbic acid is due to both its tyrosinase inhibitory action and its ability to reduce dopaquinone to DOPA, which can also prevent melanin formation.
Cromabright™: inhibits tyrosinase activity. Significant depigmenting effect in melanocytes. It produces a powerful skin whitening effect in vivo. Photoprotective effect on cell cultures of human epidermal keratinocytes, acting as a preventive measure against skin damage induced by ultraviolet radiation.
Pentapeptide-13: Provides clarifying, skin tone homogenizing properties.
Decapeptide-15 Antioxidant: Clarifies and whitens skin.
Prevents photoaging. Inhibits melanin synthesis by a mechanism of tyrosinase expression inhibition.
Oligopeptide-50: Inhibits melanin synthesis by inhibiting tyrosinase. Changes the morphology of melanocytes. Induces the reduction of melanin synthesis and melanosome formation in melanocytes. Inhibits the expression of the melanogenesis marker.
Oligopeptide-34: inhibits melanin synthesis. Reduces tyrosinase activity. It produces a decrease in melanosome formation in treated melanocytes.
Oligopeptide-51 inhibits the expression of the melanogenesis marker. It inhibits melanin synthesis. Induces morphological changes in melanocytes.
Glutathione: Glutathione has a reducing SH group.
This functional group can form a complex with copper and by reducing dopaquinone. Glutathione induces the formation of pheomelanin from dopaquinone.
